Dr. Mathota graduated in veterinary medicine from the University of Peradeniya in 2006 and began his career in small animal practice. He completed an internship with the Colombo Municipal Veterinary Department and spent ten years at a private animal hospital in Colombo.
His further training in Sri Lanka and overseas covered veterinary surgery and radiology. His experience also includes visiting lectures at Wayamba University and consulting in veterinary radiology and ultrasound scanning at animal hospitals in Colombo. At Superpetcare, his focus includes patient care and helping owners understand their pets’ health.

Dr. Sewwandi graduated in veterinary medicine from the University of Peradeniya in 2007, followed by an internship at the National Zoological Gardens in Dehiwala.
She spent nine years at a private animal hospital in Colombo, gaining experience in medicine, surgery, and veterinary diagnostic laboratory work. She went on to found Superpetcare Animal Clinic in Malabe. Her work combines this clinical experience with a personal, compassionate approach to each patient’s care.
